The Platinum Dream Assistant Membership includes a Personal Dream Assistant and Additional Team Member help when needed, availability from 9 am-5 pm EST, Monday-Friday, VIP support, direct tech requests through your CRM Menu bar, and 4 Done-For-You Services completed each month.
You are also welcome to join the Facebook IV Expansion Community Weekly Tech Support Calls for further assistance when and if needed.
Yes, Platinum Members get the speed and priority service.
Click on "My Dream Assistant" and access the "Submit a Ticket Feature" to share what you would like to be done.
You can submit a ticket with instructions on what you need to be done in words or video. Your assistant will complete the done-for-you services/tasks for you in this membership tier.
Your Dream Assistant will communicate with you through an email response back and if needed through a video or phone call that will provide additional clarity and details for you.
With the Platinum Membership, you can request up to 4 done-for-you services each month, along with other admin/tech tasks needed.
Up to 4 Zoom Video calls when needed are included in this tier per month.
Yes, you can downgrade your membership to Gold or Silver. However, the 15 days notice policy is still in effect to successfully be granted the downgrade for the following month.
No, the setup initiation fee is waived for new members, and you are grandfathered into the current pricing.
The Platinum Membership Tier includes the following Done-For-You services: Troubleshooting, Backend System Testing, System Setups & Optimization, Calendars, Triggers, Automation, Email, SMTP, and Domains.
Additionally, it includes a System Maximization Audit, Uploading New Contacts, and simple forms, updating copy for campaigns, importing email lists from other hosts, Smart List organization, Product Set up, and connecting Payment Processors (Stripe/PayPal).
Clients can also select 4 Done-For-You services per month of their choices, such as Funnel Buildout, Nurture Campaign/Follow Up Automation, Purchase Page Buildout, Membership Course Creation, Custom Workflow Setup, New Client Onboarding System for Product, and Copywriting.
All communication and requests must be made through the "My Dream Assistant" Members Support button found inside the CRM menu bar to receive the expected support agreed upon.
Clients are limited to one Platinum membership per account, and there is a record sheet of tasks done inside the Membership Portal. This is a month-to-month membership service that is limited to the amount of clients IV Leadz takes, therefore there are no monthly extensions due to pauses with a change of course from the client.
Clients can always pause if they need, but that is with the understanding that the monthly membership payment and agreement aren’t moved.
Turnaround time for each task or project depends on the depth of the task, service, or project. The goal is to deliver the completion of your task or service requested as fast as possible, with up to a 3-14 business day turnaround depending on the complexity and project, as well as client communication back with IV Leadz and their assistant.
Four Done-For-You services will always be able to be completed within a 30-day time frame in the Platinum Membership Tier as long as the client is clear on what they want and provides all the necessary information to IV LEADZ that is needed to complete the services on time.
IV Leadz is not responsible if client turnaround with the necessary information, credentials, or other things needed to complete the task or project at hand is delayed.
You can track the task being done for you within the monthly membership inside your Record Sheet located inside your CRM Portal Menu. CRM Menu→ “My Dream Assistant” → “Take Me To My Membership Portal”
The monthly charge for the Platinum member of the Dream Assistant Program is Option 1: $4,997 USD for the month-to-month option or Option 2: 6 months upfront or $24,985 USD (which results in savings of a full month of payment).
Your monthly membership agreed to will be processed automatically each month for the same membership tier you got started with. Note that the monthly CRM payment of $197 is not included.
The Dream Assistant Program is a service provided by IV Leadz that offers members access to a skilled Dream assistant selected by IV LEADZ to help with their needs, as well as additional team members to provide speed and quality for delivery as their Dream Team.
The Dream assistant assigned to members may vary depending on their availability at the time they start using the services. As Platinum members, members will have the best in the dream team lineup assigned to them.
To cancel your month-to-month membership, you MUST email support@ivleadz.com at least 15 days prior to your next payment to officially cancel your membership and not get charged for your next month's membership.
If IV LEADZ is notified 16 days or less from your next month's payment, official cancellation will be noted for the following month, and you will have membership and payment for that upcoming month since the advance notice was not honored.
All sales are final, and no refunds will be afforded, and you waive any rights to charge back your purchase with your credit card processor.
IV LEADZ takes the protection of its client's interests seriously, and they want to make sure its clients understand their policies and disclaimers when using their website and services.
